A: We try to accomplish all web site migrations as fast as possible. Still, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are various factors that you have to take into account – the actual size of your website and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We constantly try to accomplish each migration in less than 48 hours. With smaller–sized websites, our staff typically manages to finish in under 24 hours.

A: Yes. We will require the name of the site that you want us to migrate. We will also require a means to log into your old web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your website.

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share literally the same info you have provided to your current web host. We’ve also got an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is tackled.

A: Your site will work just like it did before with your former web hosting provider. After we have finished the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our system and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is edit the NS records associated with your domain. Your site will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nah. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We will never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. In essence, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
