Monthly Traffic
Understand what web hosting providers really mean when they say ‘monthly traffic quotas’.
The monthly traffic feature, that’s sometimes also called bandwidth or data transfer, identifies the total volume of data that can be uploaded to your cloud hosting account and downloaded from it monthly. Your website traffic is produced primarily by website visits - every time somebody comes across your site, the pages they view are downloaded from the hosting server to his / her computer or mobile device and they are displayed by the web browser. What counts towards the website traffic generated is the overall size of these webpages, so the more site visitors you have for a period of time, the more web site traffic will be produced. Along with the web site visits, file uploads are also counted towards the entire monthly transfer i.e. if you upload website content or some other files through a file manager or an FTP software, they will also produce some traffic. The counter resets on the very first day of each and every month and it is not related to the date you have signed up as well as the date you've renewed the hosting plan.
Monthly Traffic in Cloud Hosting
All our cloud hosting were created with the idea to take care of the traffic made by any type of site that can exist in such an account. In case you own one or a few different small or medium-sized web sites, you will not be limited by the monthly traffic quota no matter what content you may have - plain text and / or a lot of images, for instance. The stats inside your hosting Control Panel will give you comprehensive data about the site traffic produced by each and every website plus the total amount for the account altogether. The figures are updated in real time and display both the day-to-day and the monthly usage, so that you will know how much info is transferred to and from the website hosting account anytime. The very first day of every month the counter is reset, but you will be able to see the web site traffic statistics for the previous months, that will show you how your sites perform.
